The Low Road: A Unique Point-and-Click Adventure Game

The Low Road is a point-and-click adventure game developed by XGen Studios and is available on Nintendo Switch. The game is set in the 1970s automobile industry and follows the story of Noomi Kovacs and her supervisor Turn, who work as corporate spies for Penderbrook Motors’ Division of Outside Intelligence. The game features a unique digital hand-painted 2D illustration style inspired by gouache paintings and 1970s television influences, as well as a fully-voiced cast of characters.

The game offers overwords of dark comedic dialogue written by award-winning playwright Leif Oleson-Cormack, and an original score of swirling psychedelia and dusty Americana by Eric Cheng, featuring songs performed by Win Well. With nostalgic point-and-click style gameplay influenced by LucasArts and Sierra classics, The Low Road offers branching conversation puzzles that will challenge players' deductive and intuitive abilities. The game also includes over 15+ first-person puzzle sequences, making it an engaging and intriguing experience for adventure game fans.
